Since the depths of the crisis in credit and financial markets in Q4 2008, Citibank has conducted a series of quarterly national consumer polls on consumer economic experiences and expectations.
This presentation will show how the Citi Economic Index (a combination of eight questions covering current assessments of the economy and expectations for the future) varies among key segments. In addition, it will discuss how Americans have adapted to the economic downturn.
About our Speaker
Janet L. Streicher is a Senior Vice-President of Market and Strategic Research at Citibank. She provides research leadership for consumer banking, small business banking, wealth management, and online financial services in North America. Janet is a past Membership and Chapter Relations chair of AAPOR (2002-2003) and a Past President of New York AAPOR. She was Councilor at Large for the Market Research Council (MRC), and is currently the Chair of AAPOR’s Investment Committee.
