The New York Chapter of the American Association for Public Opinion Research
NYAAPOR is led by a volunteer executive council elected by members each spring.
The executive council oversees standing committees and is supported by a professional administrator, the secretariat. To ensure consistency in leadership, past and incoming presidents work closely with the current president and current and incoming (associate) council members also work together.
NYAAPOR members who are interested in joining the leadership can fill out a volunteer interest form.
